Relationships have always been at the center of my life, not just romantic ones, but the connections we build with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us. I’ve always been the person people come to when they need clarity, comfort, or a safe place to untangle what’s really going on in their hearts. Over time, I realized this wasn’t just something I was good at...it was something I was meant to do.

Before Heartwise Connections, I spent several years running Positively Persistent Life Coaching, a practice focused on personal growth and emotional resilience. As I worked with clients, I noticed a pattern: no matter what someone came in for, our conversations always led back to relationships, communication, trust, patterns, intimacy, and the emotional experiences that shape how we connect. The shift into relationship coaching wasn’t a change so much as a natural evolution. Heartwise Connections is the deeper, more aligned expression of the work I’ve always been called to do.

I created this practice because I believe deeply in the power of emotional intelligence, honest communication, and compassionate guidance. I’ve seen how relationships can shape our confidence, our peace, and our sense of belonging. I’ve also seen how confusing, painful, and disconnected they can feel when they don’t have the tools or support needed.

My work is about helping you find those tools and helping you feel empowered using them.

I’m warm by nature, but I’m also grounded and direct when you need clarity. I don’t believe in judgment, pressure, or pretending everything is fine. I believe in real conversations, gentle honesty, and creating a space where you can breathe, reflect, and grow.

My background in coaching, healthcare, and client advocacy taught me how to listen deeply, communicate clearly, and support people through complex emotional experiences. But it’s my lived experience, the relationships I’ve navigated, the lessons I’ve learned, the healing I’ve done that allows me to sit with you in a way that feels human, relatable, and safe.
